Sharon Whitehead insulation is cheap and it could be wrapped exterior with even more cladding, all less expensive than a conventional house and there is air conditioning. Too many homeless, this would be an upgrade. still love the idea, wish I had one to play around with....

this man has been building houses from water bottles, beer cans, and dirt-filled rubber tyres for 30 years. the house can stand -30 F without a heating or cooling system.
