Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts! So good, even people who don't like brussels will eat! Coat in olive oil and toss in fresh grated garlic, coarse sea salt, and fresh ground pepper. Put in oven @400 until almost cooked. Sprinkle fresh grated parmesan on top and let brown 5 min, then serve and enjoy!
