April Heidenburg You might want to add an apple to the Energy recipe. I heard an apple in the morning is just as effective as coffee for waking you up! Of course if you get enough sleep, you shouldn't have a problem waking up. Too bad we seem to need more than 24 hrs to get all our work done in a day. :)
