Monthly lego challenges (there's an online contest that's only open to homeschooled kids... But you could certainly use these as a fun family night.)

So cute! This is made from condiment bottles (from things that had expired found when cleaning out the fridge!), covered with paint on the inside (let kids shake until the entire surface is covered), then puffy paint on the outside. We could do "fall", "autumn", or even our last name...

Story Telling Stones: I think I've seen this idea before, but never thought of using images from favorite books. Wonder if you could color copy pages and glue figures onto rocks, allowing your kids to tell the story with the stone. SO CUTE.
