Materials: jersey, scissors, needle and thread Measure around your head and take away an inch. Cut a strip of jersey about 5" wide by n" long. Sew the ends together. Now find the place where you want to cinch it (you know, the part where the flowers are) and use a running stitch. Now pull your thread to ruche it. Add some flowers (the flowers are basically strips of jersey. You baste on one edge and pull it to make a ruffle, and then you sew the ends together). Done! I love that casual look about it. It's nice and soft. It keeps my ears warm.
