Suzan St Maur I first learned this recipe in Canada, whereas this one comes from Australia - small world! Anyway potatoes done like this are delicious and so easy...I sometimes use a bit of garlic powder instead of / as well as herbs, but even just straight salt and pepper are delicious. If you haven't got a potato masher, a large fork works just as well. Yum.

Robert Clay Sorry. Took the image at face value. Have read the blog. That is NOT the standard Tesco normally work to. Or at least it wasn't when Terry Leahy was there. If that is the norm not is quite unacceptable. But I suspect this is far from the norm based on the way Tesco normally operate. I'd suggest rogue manager and maybe rogue team member in that particular call centre. I'd suggest contacting Head Office and lodging a formal complaint.
