bacon wrapped chicken -- my modifications: I was out of cream cheese and the Mr. is not an onion fan. So I dotted them with butter and rubbed with cayenne, salt, and black pepper, then sprinkled shredded cheddar before rolling up. We dipped it in bbq sauce. Excellent.

Double Crunch Honey Garlic Pork Chops : these were very good. I was out of honey so I used water + brownsugar in its place. Worked well!

Cheesy Quinoa Cakes; these were OK...not worth the (messy) effort, IMO.
Baked Brie with caramelized onions! Saute chopped onion in butter for 15 minutes then sprinkle with brown sugar to caramelize (see this page for more detailed instructions). Place cheese wheel on top of pastry then top with onions, roasted garlic. Pull up pastry on all sides and fold over cheese. Pinch seams closed then brush with melted butter or an egg wash. Bake until pastry is golden brown.

Bacon-wrapped, jalapeno tater tots; broil cheese on top after frying. We love these at a local restaurant. They were just as good at home. Messy/greasy to make though!

Korean Beef - YUM, this was good and really easy to make. I added a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Per available ingredients and husband preferences I used powdered ginger, onion and garlic. I would use something other than hamburger meat in the future (steak or pork maybe?) but for a cheap, fast meal hamburger worked perfectly!

Home Made Pizza Rolls. 425 for 10-12 min..roll up the ingredients in the dough. These were good, but honestly just making the pizza is faster and less of a mess!
