Hinged canvas - good idea if you have something in the middle of the wall that you can't hang pictures on!

Just a few tools from the hardware store and voila, outdoor lighting via old wine bottles!
big hooks, little shelf above it (could put gloves, hats, small items..)
I like the small shelf above the hooks, and how big the hooks themselves are.

A laundry room that's clean and pleasant but doesn't look like a kid's bedroom. I appreciate.
I probably won't do it, but something like this would be perfect in our basement.
laundry room. As much as I hate the term 'pop of color,' I love the pop of color.

MATTRESS spring cleaning: pour about 1 cup of baking soda into a mason jar and drop in 4 drops of lavender essential oil. Put on the lid and shake up the jar.Using a kitchen strainer sprinkle the baking soda mixture all over the mattress and let it sit. Leave it for the time it takes for me to finish washing all the bedding. Using the hose end of your vacuum and an upholstery attachment. The baking soda helps draw up any moisture and deep dirtiness. It deodorizes and leaves the mattress smelling fresh and clean.

I love that the things in this room don't necessarily match, but it's still put-together looking. My rooms that don't match tend to just look cluttered/unfinished..
