Megan Tietz Hanna uses centimeter sizing. If you have a tape measure handy and can measure your little one's length, that is by far the most accurate. I would say Hanna runs really true-to-size, so if your baby is on the smaller side, I would go with 70.
Allison McDonald I agree and they are generous cuts so they last forever. My son wore one pair of ( already used ) pjs for 2 years and now my daughter wears them.
