Built in 1920, this is my one of my favorite houses in my town. I could try and tell you all the reasons, but the D Home editors summed it up perfectly when they said: "Admit it. You didn't even look at the address. You know exactly where this house is. It's iconic. We love so much about this house - the eyebrow window, the great side veranda - but it's the spiral staircase that gets us every time. Is there a better way to escape boring guests?"
