Revised Paleolithic Diet... Optimize Nomadic foods (if our ancestors could catch it or hunt it, if it has wings or fins!), include but limit non-nomadic farm foods (beef, dairy, etc), and avoid anything they couldn't have eaten (like processed junk or high chemical ingredients!).

Veronica Miller It's so pretty, I thought it was taffy or something! I'm not disgusted by foods like this for some reason, bring on the pig testicles, but it really bothers me if I don't know I'm eating a chicken that lived a happy life.

Veronica Miller This is old school! My Gramps taught my Mom this and we weren't allowed to eat certain foods together. One thing the chart doesn't show is more exceptions to the fruit rule: pineapple, mango, and papaya can all be digested easily in combination with other foods. Suzanne Somers' "Somersize" program is based on food combining but dude, this is just so hard to do. I need me some yogurt with my fruit in the morning.
Type in how long it takes you to run a mile, and it will give you a list of songs that will keep you on pace (it gives you the right number of beats per minute). awesome. Also has a site for walking and cycling.

What a neat idea! You just type in your body weight, height and clothing size to find pictures of other women that are the same size as you. Gives you a better idea of what your body looks like since we have a skewed perception of our own body image sometimes.
