cupcake treat favor: ..fill a sandwich baggie with jelly beans and tie it tightly. Place baggie, closure side down, in a paper cup cut in half, then glue a red pom-pom to the top.

Mrs. G.I. Joe Lucy has been sick so we've been doing a lot of crafts like this and she LOVED it! She begs for "snow paint" everyday. And it dries perfectly. We add little foam christmas characters and animals to it also.
