Great for group play therapy.Write down your worry, put it in the box, focus the group on the feelings of the person who wrote the worry, how the rest of the group relates and if they have ever experienced the worry themselves. Eventually talk about coping and turning our worries around.

Kim Avery-Smith When I have a student who is distraught and crying, the first thing I do is get out bubbles. I tell them that we are going to try to blow a bubble as big as we can. This will calm them down so they can talk about the situation that has caused them so much distress.
Pam Dyson Thanks for sharing, Kim. Glad to know bubbles are being used to help child manage big feelings.
