Information about the date of The Tiffany Yellow discovery is not accurate. Some believe the Tiffany was discovered in 1877 while the other 1878. Tiffany's famous designer -Jean Schlumberger- set The Tiffany Yellow into a beautiful brooch model; and, and named it, "Bird on a Rock".
