Patrick These are filled with e-liquid. You can decide if you want the nicotine (9 mg, 12 mg, 18 mg, 32 mg or whatever) or not (0 mg). You can also choose what flavour you what to vape; there's every flavour on the planet available, my two favorites are Honey and Peppermint. -- The great thing is that you don't have the combustion or tobacco.
