When you get your berries home, prepare a mixture of one part vinegar (white or apple cider) and ten parts water. Dump the berries into the mixture and swirl around. Drain, rinse if you want (though the mixture is so diluted you can't taste the vinegar,) and pop in the fridge. The vinegar kills any mold spores and other bacteria on the surface. Raspberries will last a week or more, and strawberries go almost two weeks without getting moldy and soft.

put about 1/4 cup of baking soda in a small glass bowl and squirt in hydrogen peroxide until it makes a nice paste. Then rub it on the offending dirt/stain/grease whatever! I usually just use my fingers...but I also use a small sponge at times as well.

Must tell the husband. Preserve a pristine stovetop by applying a thin layer of car wax, then wiping it off. Future spills will lift off easily. Gotta try this!

love old pyrex- I want to take out the soffit and line the tops of my cabinets with it!
Maybe I can convince hubs turquoise is the way to go for cabinets if I tone it down...so pretty...

Towel rack to hold your lids <-- such a great idea! I think it would even work in my shallow cabinets!
