Rebekah Cross Just be careful with the glow stick solution. My daughter managed to get one open and got a little in her eyes, and it was a disaster :(

Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda and half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.

Such a cool idea for composition, combining music and art! Have kids color notes, then play water glasses in that order (filled to different heights)

Calm Down Jar. It is really easy to make. The goal is that when they are feeling out of control, they shake the jar, then sit and watch the glitter settle in the water. When the glitter settles, they can get up. This one is a really great technique to use in lieu of timeout.
