Have everyone who's playing get in big circle, one player gets tape ball and the player in front of them a pair of dice. Player with the ball removes tape as fast as they can and anything they dislodge is theirs to keep. The player with the dice is trying to roll doubles as quickly as they can so they get a turn. As soon as they get doubles they pass the dice to the person next to them and then they get the ball. -- Re-pinned by @PediaStaff – Please Visit ht.ly/63sNt for all our pins

I made this really cool game that they LOVED doing! I used sharpies to color the clothespins and turned pipe cleaners into a loop. They then matched the correct color loop and pinned on the clothespin. Not only do they think about the colors, but use fine motor skills too! They each got one bag with a set of colors each - Re-pinned by @PediaStaff – Please Visit ht.ly/63sNt for all our pediatric therapy pins

Janine Ricketts I hate cotton balls! Sensory adversion!!
Fetching pins…
Shelley Lovato I wondered the same thing ... I have started using a stylus with the IPAD to facilitate tripod grasp. If a child has difficulty with tripod grasp I use the HWWT claw grip or the jumbo pencil grip on the stylus. I place the ipad in a vertical position to promote wrist extension and upright posture. Doing these things makes almost any app a fine motor opportunity. i love the IPAD for fine motor but it is only one modality among many that I use.
