These little beauties are my most requested appetizer. From clients to family gatherings, I am asked to make these stuffed mushrooms a lot. I don't really mind though because these one bite appetizers are absolutely delicious. They are stuffed with cream cheese and bacon, after all. A match made in
RANCH STUFFED MUSHROOMS - I do not have link but here is the recipe: • 2 packages of 8 oz cream cheese blocks • 1 package of dry ranch seasoning • 1/4 cup mayo • 2 tablespoons minced onion • 2 tablespoons dry parsley • 1/4 cup grated parm cheese Blend all of the ingredients together. Stuff the mushrooms and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (Note: I use 3 pkgs of mushrooms and usually have a few left over.)

Caramelized onions, goat cheese and basil flat bread - I think a drizzle of good aged Balsamic would be a delicious addition!

Goat cheese stuffed mushrooms: I love the idea of turning this into a main course by using portobello mushrooms and serving with a mixed green salad. I also love garlic and would saute some along with the onion.
