Peanuts are high in fat and not recommended to eat a lot if trying to lose weight but they are considered a "good fat"

Good fats help lower and control cholesterol. So if your trying to lose weight for life (not just for now) you need them. Losing weight should be a life long commitment and most of your vitality lies in eating h e a l t h y. Peanuts give you great protein and good fats. Good snack, but like with everyth- moderation.

I agree with Opal about the almonds. I also agree with Ronda that blueberries are missing; a "super food!"

I know everything is not going to make the list but I'm definitely surprised blueberries, kale, & green tea weren't the first three listed.

this list is healthy foods, not diet foods ... low calories and fat content do not make a healthy food, and vice versa

Almonds much better than peanuts, which are often moldy. How about some fermented foods and kefir? Chia seeds and kale? No sweet potatoes? Come on now. Nice thought though.
