In an effort to achieve better balance in my life in 2012, I resolved to spend a few moments each day planning for the next to stay on task and have less "build up," whether it be dust bunnies, adipose, or a laundry list of to-dos. By doing so, I hope to find more time for relaxation and increased energy. I know that I will not be easy to bring the pyramid to perfection daily, but I will feel accomplished on the days that I do!
