Lasagna soup. One word: Fantastic. Ok, more than one word: My family loved this! The cheesy yum melts into a creamy addition. The fire-roasted tomatoes make all the difference. The ones I found were also spicy, so I only used one can. And I did not cook the pasta in the soup, but separately because I knew we would have leftovers. Served with a yummy loaf of sun-dried tomato bread.

Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies Made with all whole wheat flour. Very tasty and semi- better for you.

Double Fudge Whole Grain Brownies. Used regular whole wheat flour and greek yogurt. Very yum. Can't tell they are whole grain.

Shana McMahon Dreher Yep, these are them - I didn't make the marshmallows though. I still have some left - I froze them - and have been eating them like fudge. So good.
