It's irresistible. It's healthy. And, if your kid is like mine who wants to cook her own food - it's not cumbersome to cook WITH them. :-) Get the recipe at Mommy Labs. Also, pls share any ideas or pins/links to vegetarian kid-friendly recipes that you might know of – in the comments below. Thanks for your help.

Glittering Muffins Thanks @Christy Robertson @Alexis McGeehan Gruehn, my boy is always wearing boy clothes, dark blue, grey and whatnot, so if people would just take a second to pay attention they would see he's a boy, that's what's annoying people not paying attention to anything but his hair...
Mandy Jane I once went by clothing and mistook a girl for a boy. (blush) you can't win.
Christy Robertson Ha! My oldest wanted pink so we let him and he still loves it, so with the long hair there was always confusion! Both my boys went as 'girls' for their 1st halloween (borrowed friends dresses and tights, whatnot) - we called it Baby's First Drag.....
Christy Robertson and btw, your kid is freaking ADORABLE!!!
Glittering Muffins LOL @Christy Robertson, he loves lots of girl stuff too, he even has a pink stroller for his drill, lol. Thanks, we think he's cute but we are a little biased ;)

Fetching pins…
Kristen P I feed my vegetarian kids the same thing the vegetarian adults eat. "kid friendly" food just makes kids picky.
Deborah - Learn with Play @ home I've found that making my food fun and "kid friendly" has meant my child tries things they never would have tried otherwise. They are less picky now. Each child is different :)
