Cowboy Sushi - These are good! I had always made a variation with dill spears and ham instead of the beef, and served with a toothpick. I think I still prefer the flavor with ham better, but it is a nice change up on an old favorite appetizer!

Garlic Chicken Puffs yields 32 puffs (I made a double batch) 4 ounces cream cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken* 2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls

I don't know one single person who doesn't like this dip. 5oz Frank's red hot 2 pkgs cream cheese 8oz ranch dressing 2 10oz cans chicken, drained well Shredded cheddar -Melt first 3 ingredients together with a handful of shredded cheddar. -Mix in chicken (I shred it). -Pour into baking dish. -Sprinkle top with shredded cheddar (light cover) -Bake at 375 for 15-20mins or until cheese on top is melted.
