Pretzel Crisps appetizer ideas. Great for parties, BBQs or just fun snacking.
Watermelon Sandwich-Serves 8 1⁄2 watermelon 1 c. fresh ricotta 2 tsp. finely chopped mint 1 lime 1 bunch watercress Cut watermelon into thick slices. Mix ricotta, mint, lime juice and lime zest together. To assemble sandwiches, lay watercress on top of a slice of watermelon, spread ricotta mixture and place more watercress on top. Cover with another slice of watermelon. Cut into desired shape and enjoy chilled. Number of sandwiches depend on desired shape.

Janyce McLenaghan They do look good. Let's see: Pretzel Crisps, Peanut Butter, Jam, Bacon and ... banana. I see others are saying chocolate, which makes sense, but I'm sticking with jam. It goes great with bacon!
