This years official poolside drink! Just take one packet of Crystal Lite Strawberry/orange/banana and pour it into a two quart container. Add one small can of pineapple juice. Fill the container to the two quart mark (with water) and stir. Now, for the really good part ... fill your favorite glass with ice. Pour in two ounces (OR MORE) of coconut rum. Then fill to the top of glass with the strawberry/banana/orange/ pineapple concoction you just made. Stir and enjoy. Okay summer!

Skinny Pool-side Dip: 1 red pepper, 2 jalepenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives, 16 oz fat-free cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Serve with crackers. Delicious!!
