Crockpot Lemon Chicken - Put cube of butter in bottom of crock pot. Lay chicken in pot. Sprinkle Italian dressing packet over chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, pop the lid on. Cook on High 4-5 hours, or Low 6-8 hours.

Simply Roasted Artichokes. EVOO, lemon juice, kosher salt, garlic. Wrap tight in heavy duty foil. Roasted at 425 for 1hr 20min. YUM.

For anyone that may not know, the BEST way to make hard-boiled eggs is in the OVEN! Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel! Must try this.

Lemon Chicken. SO GOOD. Seriously. Try it. It was super easy, too. I added some olive oil to the marinade, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Amazing.
