Audrina Patridge's Workout consists of 4 moves for a 6-pack. Two or three times a week, do one set of 20 reps of each move in order without resting then repeat the entire routine once or twice.

Im sure there is a LOT more work into that body but i like this easy routine. Repeat this cycle 2x right when you wake up in the morning!! 50 jumping jacks 5 pushups 20 sit ups 20 mountain climbers 30 second plank 7 burpees

I was looking for this kind of site years ago! It's for runners out there: type in how long it takes you to run a mile, and it will give you a list of songs that will keep you on pace (it gives you the right number of beats per minute). awesome.
