Ultra-Crispy Roast Potatoes.. Microwave quartered potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain water. Drizzle a fair amount of olive oil over the potatoes, gently toss the potatoes, and sprinkle with oregano. Put in a hot oven 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until crispy. Watch closely

Rachel Durik I did last night. My only complaint was that it was too hard to fit enough into one crescent roll. In order to make it a proper meal, I think you'd have to use two rolls for a bigger filling, and also two packs of rolls. Otherwise, it was good.
