Blueberry Funfetti with Buttercream icing Cupcake.

Hanna Ramilo I made this so easily that I'm more confident about baking cupcakes now :) Recipe: Use a Funfetti cake mix and follow directions on the box except for one substitution. Use fresh or frozen Blueberries that's been simmered for about 5-10 with water enough to fulfill the recipe (1 cup). That's it! Scoop in the batter in the cupcake liners and use a basic Buttercream recipe you find on the internet. Sprinkle to add color and voila!

Hanna Ramilo oh... I used 8 oz of frozen Blueberries.
