oh yes please...Pumpkin Pie Smoothie 1/2 banana (peeled, frozen, diced) ~1/3 cup pumpkin puree (Libby’s) ~1/3 cup FF plain Greek yogurt ~3/4-1cup lt vanilla soy milk (or milk of choice) Few shakes of pumpkin spice (Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice) Few shakes of cinnamon (optional) Pinch of cloves 1tsp vanilla 4-5 ice cubes
Sassy water 2L water, 1 medium cucumber, 1 lemon, 10-12 mint leaves. Steep overnight in fridge and drink every day!

Sparkling Strawberry Limeade This is the recipe for one drink 2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 2 oz. strawberry puree 1 tbsp simple syrup 2 oz. vodka (if desired) ice club soda mint for garnish Add ice to a tall glass. Mix the first three ingredients (add vodka now if desired) and pour over ice. Fill remainder of glass with club soda and garnish with mint. Tweak as desired to please your palate.
