Malee Bezrodnaya i bought this when it just came out, their customer service is amazing! mine broke after i had it over a year, i think an electrical cord issue. I called them, they send me a replacement w in 2 weeks by UPS, i wasnt home, so missed it. So go the nerve to call again and maybe they'll reship it? yup, w no problems and a 2 min phone call, got a replacement shipped ups and on top of it they send a replacement brush, saying sorry for the inconvenience. speachless
