Heidi aka Digital Misfit How could Marilyn have said this when size 0 did not exist back then?
Jennifer Edwards I was wondering the same thing...
Heidi aka Digital Misfit I think it is an unknown source quote, that someone started posting with a photo of Marilyn to prove the point, then further down the line people started attributing the quote TO Marilyn. In the era of pinups and bombshells, a size 0 woman would have not been viewed as the epitome of beauty. The world was shocked when Kate Moss came on the scene with her emaciated appearance, which has unfortunately become a standard in the modelling world.
