When running at full speed, jumping into the air and landing face down was painless. You could do it all day without a single bruise. If I did this today, I would instantly vaporize. -- SO true!! :-)

Roll caps, a hammer, and a sidewalk! I can still smell that 'cap' smell :-)

I'd give anything to have the full set again. I still have my mom's small blue bowl from the set she used for 40 years.

My Grandma had four of these. I can still remember that springy rocking sensation :) Some day I'll get some! But you can get this one now on Etsy.com www.etsy.com/...

Bethlehem Steel Company in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Built in 1857. Imagine all of the structures we use today that began right here. Amazing history...

A boy left his bike chained to a tree when he went away to war in 1914. He never returned, leaving the tree no choice but to grow around the bike. Incredible that this bike has been there for 98 years now!

Speakers at the drive in...one for your car...one for the car on the other side of you. Before drive-ins started broadcasting the sound through the radio. So nostalgic.
