Fire Crackers, you won't be able to stop eating them! 1 lb. crackers, I used 1/3 each of Cheese It's, Mini Club & Mini Saltines; then mix together 1 1/2 cup canola oil, 1 pk Ranch salad dressing mix and 2-3 Tablespoon crushed red peppers. Pour over crackers in a big airtight container, toss several times over a 1 hr period. I like best if made the day before. Will keep for a extended period of time in a airtight container

cheesy chicken pot pies (cupcake size) - poster says that next time I would use the Pilsbury Grands buscuits for a little more dough and avoid over filling them - made a mess and a half trying to get them out of the pan. Also, set the frozen veggies out to thaw for a couple of hours before cooking. or you can use the homemade biscuit dough recipe with the original post instead of refrigerator biscuits

Chicken Almond Serves 4. 4 single chicken breasts, whole with skin and fat removed 1/2 cup light sour cream 1/2 cup flaked almonds (you can crush them up if you like but I left them as they came out of the packet!) 1 cup tasty grated cheddar cheese Your choice of dried herbs and/or spices Coat the chicken breasts lightly with sour cream. Mix the almonds, grated cheese and dried herbs/spices together and roll the chicken in the dry mixture. Make sure the chicken is well-coated. Place chicken breasts in a shallow oven proof tray or dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 30 mins or until chicken is cooked and golden brown.
