My kitchen is a decent size, with a good amount of cabinets, but I have no pantry. Interested in utilizing as much creative storage as I can to make the best use of my cabinet and counter space.

Deena Trischuk It's cute, but where I live (Alberta) it's just normal to take off your shoes. Is that an American thing?
Rita Polk (A) I don't ask people to take their shoes off, but I think this type of thing would be for the back entrance -- presumably coming into the house from the yard, meaning "shoes off" would be in an effort to keep from tracking mud/dirt/leaves/grass throughout the house. (B) I like the letters being painted the same color as the wall, creating an 'embossed' look on the wall. I think I'd use this to put our monogram on the wall or something in the kitchen.
