If you like my body scrub recipe, you'll love my concoctions for conditioning your hair. :) Forget expensive conditioners which are laden with chemicals and alcohol which only dry out your hair even more. You can get your best hair ever just by visiting your kitchen! For a simple, hydrating conditioner, you will need two things: eggs and olive oil. Eggs are a rich source of protein, which is what makes it the best conditioner for damaged hair, as hair is nothing but protein. Simply break/separate 2 eggs and beat the hell out of the yolk until it becomes light yellow and frothy. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to and beat it senseless again until it's mixed well. Apply mixture to hair. Leave on for 20 minutes, or until it dries out. Once dry, wash it out with warm water and a mild shampoo. Pat dry. (Remind me to post shampoo recipes too) :) ~ Constance
