Add orange peels (or any citrus peel) to a quart of white vinegar in a closed container and let it set for two weeks. Combine citrus/vinegar solution half/half with water and use for cleaning. Works on floors, tile, fixtures, etc. Smells good and is tough on scum! Best of all there are no chemicals.
If you can hold some yarn and run it back and forth under a sewing machine, you can make this scarf! I’ve seen some crafts that I considered easy, but this is seriously so easy! For my Southern hemisphere folks this is probably not the best gift, but y’all up top - this would be easy to make in bulk (and of course you should make one for yourself too!)
My kids NEED these!! So in love with how they look! First, you need some cotton batting, a paper lantern, and three flameless candles, the type that Glade sells. Pull at the cotton batting until it looks fluffy, light, and cloud-like. Then, hot glue it to the outside of the paper lantern in various places. Make sure it's fluffed to your liking, then light the lights and stick them inside. Hang the lantern wherever you'd like.

Homemade Dishwasher Detergent 1 Cup of Borax 1 Cup Baking Soda (I used Washing Soda) 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt 1/2 Cup Citric Acid (You can purchase "Fresh Fruit" in the canning isle. It is a produce protector or you can puchase 15 packets of lemon Kool-aid, the unsweetened kind, and that works as well.) Mix all ingredients in a container and voila! dshwasher detergent! Use 1 Tbsp per load PLUS add some vinegar to the rinse aid portion of your dishwasher (this keeps the plastic from getting a cloudy look) and wash away!
Turn a bar of soap into 2 liters of liquid hand soap.
