Crockpot chicken & dumplings... definitely trying this fall.
Gotta try this...string cheese chopped into bite size pieces, dipped in milk and bread crumbs, baked at 425 for 8-10 minutes- serve with marinara sauce! It's baked not fried!

Pool-side dip: 1 red pepper, 2 jalepenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives, 16 oz cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Serve with crackers. Delicious!!

Caryn Rominger that's good to know...I thought it was cool to use the greek yogurt. They look pretty crispy in the pic. Heath and I are pretty hooked though on just grilling a bunch of chicken breasts with slap your mama cajun seasoning. We use them for wraps, salads, and other things throughout the week. Good to freeze too.
