I love beverages. I think I'd like to start making my own recipes for tasty beverages, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. And I want to experiment with home made bitters, liqueurs, sodas, cold brewed coffees etc. My grandpa used to make carambola wine. I like his example, although his wine was enough to knock your socks off.

Govinda Kakulapati In Hindi, the word for tea, is "chai", so, Chai tea's "Tea tea"? :P
Oki Lilli tea = Çay in Turkish Tea tea?why not :-).This recipe looks like a concentrate of tea anyway.(Tea + tea in fact!)
Oki Lilli Community Health and Advancement Initiative (CHAI) Project
Juanita Allen This is a very expensive recipe even for a concentrate. The store-bought concentrate version mix by TAZO Chai, Spiced Black Tea Latte Concentrate, is fabulous mixed with milk, soy, etc. and it is bunches cheaper!!! I usually buy it at Cosco. It is the same one that Starbucks uses!!!!!! I'm just saying....
Govinda Kakulapati Haha, alright. :D Tea tea it is, then!

Rowena Murillo this sounds a little sweet to me with the simple syrup and grand marnier, and more blood orange juice than lime, but it might be good.

lemon-honey tea base: Slice lemons up and pack them into a jar. Pour honey (preferably local, of course) over the lemons. Close jar. Refrigerate. When you are feeling sniffly, or chilly, or just want a warm cup of goodness, take a dollop of honey-tea base and pour boiling water over it.

Tiffany Hicks Is the ice cream not stirred and is the sugar and water boiled into a simple syrup. Might have to make this at my next brunch. Love iced coffee.
