Yummiest Pumpkin Drink! 2 pints cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup canned pumpkin, 1 t. Pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 t. vanilla. Combine sugar and cream in saucepan and cook on medium until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10-15 min. Serve warm or cold. (I substitute 1 pint of cream with 1 pint of milk) Recipe found in MaryJane's Farm Magazine
