Okay, if they would have had this edging when I did my front area 7 or 8 years ago, I might have invested the extra buck a piece and gotten this! I wonder if there is variation between pieces or if they are so cookie-cutter that it would get annoying.
I know these are block and not rocks, but what if they were covered with rocks? see, i had to put them here (or in the "ideas" board)

add stone veneers -- which, though I've seen it, I've not really considered that I truly could do this out on my patio area

I love that I can purchase a 5.5 lb jar of hand-gathered river stones which have been sorted, tumbled, and waxed by hand for $5.95 from Crate & Barrel (plus S/H), but truly I would rather gather them myself. And how can they get this that cheaply from China? How does that make sense?

Glyder Fawr rocks -- so, where are these? I'd love to see them in person.

Fetching pins…
Connie Medlock Dollar Tree has something similar by the bag, and yup, just one dollar!
Barry King I bought a jar of these recently and was surprised at the price too. They are waxed stones but not tumbled by hand as they say. The price translates to $12,000 per ton without considering the packaging and delivery to C&B warehouse. Still a good deal if you only want a pound.
