Rebecca Vermeulen UPDATE: Made these today, they were definately fluffy and chewy--very good. I hand mixed!!!! I also chilled the dough as I made/rotated each sheet. I doubled the recipe and it yielded 33 large sized cookies, baking time on 350 was 10-12 min. I firmly packed all ingredients, and the only thing I may try next time is light brown sugar, I had a little dark left that I wanted to use up and they were still delish, but I would like to try them wiht light... I also used two different chips: semi-sweet and milk chocolate. I would like to try bittersweet next time... I loved that they didn't flatten out--delicious.
