I want to open my own place (bistro, cafe, store...category yet to be defined) in the next two years. I have this perfect vision of what it will look, smell, feel land taste like in my head, but have trouble articulating that with words. This pinterest space will be an outlet for visual research and idea gathering.
The textures and light in this kitchen are wonderful.

Daylesford Organic...another one of my favorite London spots- in trendy Westbourne Grove. Tried to get a job here. It's stunning inside.
In Notting Hill. Used to sit here for hours on end..wonderful spot and lots of things to copy here...although you can't really tell that from this photograph.
