Unbelievable bread made from only four ingredients and almost no work. You dump in the first three ingredients, add water, mix a bit, let sit overnight, then the next morning, you pretty much toss it in an oven-safe pot and bake. Voila.
Yummy frosting. Added more cacao for extra chocolatiness!!!

I've made this twice. Yummy delicious and moist. Only con is that it crumbles a bit - wondering if there is a way to avoid that!

Creamy Cheesecake between 2 layers of Carrot Cake - Two favorites in one!
It contains only 2 ingredients - bananas and raspberries. The recipe is from the Jill Dupliex book Lighten Up. It is pretty simple. Peel bananas, chop into chunks and freeze overnight. Freeze berries overnight. Next day remove from freezer and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes. Place bananas and raspberries into Thermomix or blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze in plastic container to serve later. Yum!

These chocolate muffins contain oats, greek yogurt, and are only 58 calories!
very clever... When you get your berries home, prepare a mixture of one part vinegar (white or apple cider) and ten parts water. Dump the berries into the mixture and swirl around. Drain, rinse if you want (though the mixture is so diluted you can't taste the vinegar,) and pop in the fridge. The vinegar kills any mold spores and other bacteria on the surface. Raspberries will last a week or more, and strawberries go almost two weeks without getting moldy and soft.
Alton Brown Method of Hard-Cooking Eggs - 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Post says "Baked eggs are better because they are less sulfurous (smelly) and the texture of the finished eggs is creamier." Interesting.
I had these - they were great! :::>I'm a crepe snob, so I had low expectations when I made this low-carb, higher-protein version. But they were awesome! The kids were skeptical too, especially when they saw me add ricotta cheese, but everyone loved them. My modifications: I added 1 T. sugar and 1tsp. vanilla, to make them sweet, and I like them browned a bit more than this photo.
