Party lanterns. I used spray glue on the paper lanterns then sprinkled glitter on them. Turned out FABULOUS for the party! I bought the lanterns at Michaels craft store.

Here's a more up close pic of it. I bought a 20x24 canvas at hobby lobby and spray painted it ivory. Then I just bought the different fabrics to match my room, and printed a flower petal template offline and cut and paste :-)

Start with blank canvas, lay down stencil design, spray paint, remove stencils, install white or colored lights behind the painting, hang on wall!
cut open glow sticks and pour them out. They last longer if you have a lid on the jar.

Ghost Dresses Made out of chicken wire. ... a sheet of chicken wire cut and shape the torso around a willing female (carefully) and cut to this shape. it should just stand freely as the wire will keep it in place. Take it a step further and spray paint with glow in the dark paint
