I find it to be a very easy way to include power nutrients in our diet and the kids love them. I even use this method to freeze some and make ice pops. You can't never go wrong with healthy ice pops :-) This chocolate, peanut butter and banana smoothie is one of our favorites, and lets not forget the spinach and strawberry I made a while back....
