textured fabric art from scenes in children's books. must try with classic pooh bear...
this is pretty brilliant... button holes in a regular beach towel so you can stick tent stakes through and keep it from moving/being blown away, etc. love it!
transferring drawings from tissue paper to a wax candle via blowdryer and wax paper. too cool!

diy scarf flats. instead of paying 148 dollars at anthro, try these for free... all it takes is a pair of flats, a scarf, and some thread...

throw blanket made from pashminas. great tutorial, and a project that only takes a couple of hours. i love this as a way to hang on to scarves and pashminas that i love but don't wear anymore!
easy ribbon organizer. i would never have thought of this, yet it's crazy how simple the tutorial is! some people just have the best ideas!

LOVE these. Audrey silhouette on the left, Tiffany box on the right. And of course, both are beautiful Tiffany blue! (Definitely on my 'to make' list. I've kept my Tiffany box and gift bag simply because they make me smile whenever I see them, so imagine how wonderful pillows would be!)

Not a diy, but this canopy looks easy enough to be one... it looks like the line is hung through the ceiling here, but it wouldn't be too hard to do it through a wall, either, and then some sheer fabric hung over it.

Melissa Whisenant ♥ wow, love this!
DIY Haircomb. Love the idea, and it would probably work really nicely with ribbon instead of embroidery floss for variety, too. reminds me of our barettes from honduras!
this is so cool. stained glass crochet. i could totally see this in white with bright pinks and oranges underneath.
I love these granny squares, especially the ones with the flowers in the center. Must try these for an afghan...
Crochet flower garland. I would love to take this idea and turn it into a headband. It would also make really cute hem trimming on a solid white, pink, blue, purple, green, (etc.) dress.
