Homemade Kettle Corn -- really easy. Maybe try in a big skillet next time; more shaking and take off even sooner to avoid any burns
Mini cheeseburger pies; made with Bisquick; can fill them with whatever you want -- pizza stuff, etc. (made the cheeseburger ones; they were good; used BBQ in the meat mix; maybe less meat next time)

Creme brulee cheesecake bars made with cookie mix and pudding mix; no torch needed! This is a definite keeper!
Butterfinger Rice Krispie treats; these were good, but they definitely need more marshmallows next time around to be less dry.

Puffins- a pancake muffin. Try them with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, cinnamon and blueberries. Thinking of adding crispy bacon to the top right before they are finished baking next time around!

Baguettes made in about 30 minutes using only five everyday ingredients -- This was really yummy. I made it w/dinner tonight and will definitely make it again.
This is the best and most awesome breakfast cookie ever! And the best part, no flour, no sugar, and no dairy added! Ingredients- 1.5 cups of oats, 2-3 super ripe bananas, 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce, handful of craisins, Cinnamon to taste. Just throw everything together, mix it up pretty well, throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes and eat. It's great and super healthy for you!

Cinnamon roll french toast; starts with canned cinnamon rolls. And it's yum-o-licious!

Very lightly oil each spot in a muffin tin with either butter or spray oil. Crack an egg in each spot & bake at 350 degree for about 15-20 minutes. Slice English Muffins and toast for about 10 in the oven. When done, make sandwiches (with cheese if desired) and freeze for quick and easy breakfasts.

Healthful breakfast cookies with no added sugar. And I have all the ingredients on hand. Must try! Maybe try chopping the oatmeal a bit next time, too. The kiddo liked these pretty well.

Canned biscuits in the waffle iron for easy, quick better than frozen waffles! Interesting. Pretty good!
Homemade baked pretzels -- pretty easy to make; they tasted a bit more like yeast rolls than pretzels, but they were good.

30 Minute Rolls- from beginning to end and no kneading! It was pretty good, though the rolls were a bit on the dense side.

Stovetop lasagna; I wouldn't say super like, but it was pretty good. I'd use different noodles next time instead of breaking up big lasagna noodles like I did the first time.
