They're delicious and super good for you, especially if you substitute applesauce for the brown sugar--one bar is 128 calories & 5 grams of protein. Perfect breakfast with a glass of cold milk. YUM! HOLY MOLY it was good! Crockpot Italian Chicken: 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 2 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta. Wowzers!Y

One Pinner said "I made these! Okay, these are going to be hard to beat. The kids say they love them more than the Trader Joe's granola bars I buy. They are simple and fast to make. LOVE these and so will you. Recipe only makes about 10 bars so you're going to need to at least triple the recipe. By the way, great for summer since you don't have to bake these!"

Tailgate dip: 1 red pepper, 2 jalepenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives, 16 oz cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Serve with crackers. Delicious!!
